Sue Fern created the Event Pro-SSSS in 1998 to enable them to share extensive business knowledge to improve organizational profits through structured business development. Sue was joined by her husband David two years later, they are results driven visionaries with over 20 year’s dynamic leadership experience building organizational strength.

They are practiced professionals in revitalizing strategies and teams to meet a wide range of challenges. They are accomplished in economic analysis and implementing strategies, processes and technologies that effectively position organizations to compete in their marketplace. 

They are adept at working with varies professional disciplines. Sue and David have built a team of experts with real work experience. The Event Pro-SSSS strategy is to create events, conference, membership, training or any business development program that will result in increased customers, memberships and/or profit for their clients...  Event Pro-SSSS know how to give you the WOW factor... 



Sue Fern, president of Event Pro-SSS, brings over 30 years of international leadership talents and experience to every client. She has worked with global organizations including British Airways, Thomas Cook, Washington Post, Intelsat and US State Department. She has extensive management knowledge, having held executive positions with national and international companies.

Sue joined a global associations over 15 years ago to head their international membership division. She has been involved with local and federal government programs and made numerous presentations on leadership, building alliances for business strength, and raising the bar in customer service.

Sue has delivered a varied selection of services to corporations and associations throughout the world. She is also a published writer of association and business articles in global publications.

She has created marketing programs, educational and vendor alliance programs to build revenue, major customer events, community events, large expos, global conferences, awards ceremonies, membership development programs, to name just a few. She has vast experience in running and supporting associations.

Sue can support organizations in the evaluation of their weaknesses and strengths and help leadership create resolutions and strategic plans. She is a people person and enjoys recruiting talents to be a part of her own team or her clients’ and acting as a mentor to future managers.







David Fern is executive vice president and co-owner of Event Pro-SSSS. He has senior executive expertise learned working for major global corporations including American Express and Thomas Cook Travel Management. 

David shares real life experience with organizations looking to gain a higher level of client and membership retention through customer service programs, events and incentives. 

David’s expertise is invaluable in understanding the vision needed to be competitive today. David headed client account programs for major organizations including Ford and Kodak.

He has exceptional knowledge of the hotel industry, gained when heading an international hotel program in the UK and US.  He continues to work with leading hotel groups to obtain quality, cost-effective locations for client programs. He is a great negotiator on behalf of every client.

David has a true understanding of global business methodology, including the unique marketing needs of individual countries having been country manager for Thomas Cook in Malta. His international knowledge is essential when managing multi-cultural and multi-ethnic services.

David shares his knowledge gained as Regional VP of Operations for Thomas Cook in the UK and North America. These indepth skills are imperative to balance both financial and service needs for profit.  David is a true business professional.
